In our company the Hiring process is automated using Jira. In order to increase efficiency and transparency in hiring and retention and to ensure consistency and compliance in the recruitment and selection process, we’ve implemented HR Recruitment product and process in Jira. The Recruitment product helps you track candidates through your recruitment process.

In this product all the applicants are grouped and presented in a Kanban Board. The Kanban Board helps recruited to keep track of all the job seekers throughout the hiring process. In this board all the applicants are grouped and presented in different categories: Applicants with experience, Applicants without experience, Hired Applicants, Rejected Applicants etc.

All the applicants that want to apply for a job can either send an e-mail directly on a given e-mail address (hr@interworks.com.mk), or can apply through our company’s website (https://interworks.com.mk/).

Another interesting feature among the many others is the possibility to create an applicant by yourself by adding all information about the candidate such as practice, practice lead, application date, experience, recommendation and description.

The process of checking the Applicant’s knowledge and expertise includes few different profiles: HR Manager, Practice Lead, Director of Technologies. The main characteristic of this process is that everyone knows his/her responsibility and it flows through the states fluently.
