Carola is a results driven senior manager and outsourcing specialist, with over 12 years experience within a Fortune 50 Global Technology company where she built her reputation as a Subject Matter Expert on Outsourcing. Carola has extensive experience and a deep understanding of transition, transformation and change related to Outsourcing and Offshoring and has held international management positions in nearly all areas of the Strategic Outsourcing lifecycle including presales, contracting, implementation and delivery. She has worked at CxO and Global advisory board level where she has proven herself not only in the technical field but also in contract governance and customer relationship management. Carola recently developed an education programme for the German Outsourcing Association (GOA) and has also undertaken a shareability and automation assignment for a major Swiss financial institution.
Richard has 35 years experience in international outsourcing consultancy, sales and delivery management augmented with skills and experience in project and programme management, account and customer management, process re-engineering, problem management, team leadership & mentoring, training & training programme development. For many years Richard was the global “go to” person for international outsourcing expertise within IBM and has advised on setting up global outsourcing services in locations as wide ranging as Brazil, Hungary, Jordan and the Philippines. Richard’s experience spans working for companies ranging from small boutique consultancies through to large multi-nationals such as Nestle, Tesco and IBM. During this time he has trained and mentored sales teams in over 30 countries on four continents. Richard is now an independent consultant working with companies wishing to move into the provision of international services. He also trains individuals and organisations in mind coaching techniques designed to increase their mental fitness in order to improve their motivation and performance.
Nina has 25+ years’ of experience in managing ICT processes, for the finance (banking) sector, but for the ICT industry in general. She experienced national and international outsourcing, as hands on work practice, using outsourcing services for mission critical processes for almost 18 years. For the last 4 years she is working as a Senior Consultant, Trainer and Lead Auditor for management systems, specialized in Information Security Management System (ISO 27001) and Service Management System (ISO 20000). As part of the implementation process for SMS she trained more than 40 company in the region on how to use or how to deliver services (outsourcing), including information security controls in outsourcing. In addition she audited almost the same number of companies, facing with very different aspects and management systems for outsourcing. Nina performed a lot of trainings for management systems, business process management and also soft skills.
