The software outsourcing company InterWorks is proud to announce the winning of a national recognition for best socially responsible practices in 2018 in one category, given by the Coordinative Body for Social responsibility of companies and the Ministry of economy in the Republic of Macedonia.
InterWorks won the recognition in the category “Investing in the community” for completing the project under the name “Clean air-healthy children” aimed towards kindergartens in Bitola. The goal of the project was to reduce air pollution in one of the most polluted cities in Europe and of course enable basic conditions for the smallest members of our community. In that manner 15 air purifiers were donated to local kindergartens.
The Coordinative Body for Social responsibility of companies and the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Macedonia had an open call for applications for the National award for best socially responsible practices in 2018 in five different categories. Every company that realized a socially responsible practice in the period from 1st of June 2017 to 1st of June 2018 had the right to participate.
