To add products in the inventory, Impel Union uses Salesforce. All products’ characteristics, price, and pictures are added into Salesforce. To sell the products, Impel Union has implemented a WordPress website. However, the Salesforce system and the WordPress website weren’t connected. This meant that once the products were added to Salesforce, Impel Union had to add them manually on the website.
